Is my charter confirmed after I submit my request?
No. Your requested date and start time are subject to availability. Jake’s Luau Lounge will review your request and contact you to confirm availability.
How many people can join a charter?
Each private charter accommodates up to 10 passengers.
How do I pay for my charter?
After your requested date and time are confirmed, you’ll receive instructions to complete your payment through Venmo.
When is my reservation officially confirmed?
Your reservation is confirmed after your requested date and time have been approved and the required charter payment has been received.
What should I bring?
Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and anything else you may want for a comfortable day on the water. You’re also welcome to bring your preferred drinks and refreshments for your charter.
What happens if weather affects my charter?
Safety comes first. If weather or water conditions make the charter unsafe, Jake’s Luau Lounge will contact you regarding your reservation and available options.
